Refund and Return Policy

Would you like to return a product? There are two reasons for doing so:

A. The product arrived damaged or defective

Was your product delivered damaged? We will resolve this for you immediately. Please contact us at support@ruffman.eu. In consultation with you, we will either send you a replacement free of charge, issue a full refund, or let you keep the defective item. Naturally, you will not have to pay any return shipping fees in this scenario.

B. You are not satisfied with the product

Are you not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or would you like a different item? No problem. We offer you a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your product.

For regular returns, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will provide you with a return label, and the cost (equivalent to our standard shipping fee of [e.g., €6.95]) will be deducted from your total refund.

Return Conditions: To receive a full refund, the product must not show signs of heavy use. We kindly ask you to return the product in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible. If the product is damaged or clearly heavily used, we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation in value from your refund.

How do I return an item?

You can easily return your product within 30 days of receipt via our customer portal:

  1. Log in: Click the 👤 icon in the top right corner of our website. Enter your email address and log in using the one-time verification code sent to your inbox. Make sure to use the same email address you used to place your order.

  2. Select the product: Go to your order history, click 'Request Return' in the top right corner, and select the products you wish to return.

  3. Complete the request: Choose the reason for your return and submit the request.

  4. Return label: You will receive a return shipping label via email within 2 business days, which you can use to drop off the package at your local post office.

  5. Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund (minus the return shipping costs) within 5 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
