Delivery
All products are in stock in our warehouse in the Netherlands and are shipped via PostNL, GLS, CIRRO or Bpost to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Track & trace information will be provided to you by email after your order.
Shipping costs are €4.95, and for orders over €20, shipping is free!

Delivery Time
The delivery time for your order is as follows:
Ordered before 3:00 PM, delivered within 1 or 2 business days
Ordered after 3:00 PM, delivered within 2 or 3 business days

Please note, unfortunately, carrier performance has been inconsistent recently, and delays may occur. The track & trace information you receive from us will provide you with updates on this.

Return Policy
Do you want to return a product? We can only think of 2 reasons for this:

A. Your product is damaged
If your product is damaged, you can return it immediately at no extra cost, and we will send you a new product.
We can also send new parts if it's a minor defect that can be replaced. Please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. (info@ruffman.eu)

B. You are not satisfied with the product
If you are not satisfied with your product or want a different product, you can indicate this within 30 days of your order. In this case, the return costs are at your expense. The return costs are equal to the standard shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund.
It is also required that there are no signs of use on the product and that it is returned complete in its original packaging.

Returns
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt, and you do this as follows:

1. Log in by clicking the 👤 icon in the top right. Enter your email address and one-time login code. Make sure you use the same email as with your order.

2. Go to your order and click on 'return request' in the top right, then select the correct products you wish to return.

3. Enter the reason for return and complete the return request.

4. You will receive a return label within 2 business days, which you can use to send the item back to us.

5. Once we have received your return, you will receive your refund within 5 business days.
